The best match starts with connecting the wishes of the candidate and the clinic

Sabrina started as a recruiter at AniCura on April 1, 2021. In this position she deals with all clinics. Finally, Sabrina helps find and hire new veterinarians and paraveterinarians.

''I go for the best match between candidate and clinic. For example, I look at where the candidates do best. I do this by listening to the wishes of the candidate and clinic. My goal is to match the wishes as much as possible."

Vacancy specialist Sabrina does everything she can to help clinics and candidates

Sabrina is often your first point of contact. She also remains involved during the application period.

Binkie ❤

It is not surprising that Sabrina works in the veterinary industry. She loves animals! She has also had a dog for 12 years: Binkie. Officially she shares Binkie with her parents.

Binkie does not lack attention. Several neighbors regularly ask if they can take Binkie for a walk, or drop by Sabrina's house to cuddle him. Besides being very sweet, he is also eager to learn. Binkie knows about 12 tricks, such as picking up and delivering the mail. Ideal!

About Sabrina

In 2017, Sabrina graduated cum laude from the Animal Health and Management course at Aeres University of Applied Sciences Dronten. During her studies she conducted various research into:

• biting incidents of dog on human in the province of Utrecht
• worm infestation in sheep and goats
• cyathostominae larvae in horses

Sabrina worked as a sales employee at Dierspecialist and was an account manager at Vetwork Veterinair Recruitment. Vetwork is a veterinary mediation agency where she did similar work as now at AniCura.

The reason she wanted to work at AniCura had to do with quality, which is of course our priority! The fact that AniCura is growing and continuously working on improvement and professionalization were also important reasons for her to join the AniCura team.

Sabrina: ''My first 100 days at AniCura really flew by! In the first month I conducted a recruitment survey to gain more insight into the vacancies. I also got to know the organization and clinics better. Because I already knew the veterinary market from my previous job, I was able to quickly get started with our vacancies."
